Last week, on April 28, Our Lady of Guadalupe School in East Los Angeles celebrated National Superhero Day with a special assembly organized in collaboration with High Ti
de Global, a non-profit
organization that promotes social-emotional learning. Students dressed as superheroes for the program called “Steps to Becoming a Superhero” which aims to empower students to recognize character traits within themselves that help boost self-confidence leading to a healthier mindset.
With a team of professional Hollywood Stunt actors that performed superhero stunts, High Tide Global feature activities together with the students – to celebrate the real-life superheroes in everyday life.
